Kobe Bryant's wife Vanessa is the big winner in their divorce property settlement ... TMZ has learned.

Kobe Bryant has already moved out of his MASSIVE Newport Coast mansion ... permanently -- as it has learned Vanessa gets the estate in the couple's divorce.Kobe purchased the sprawling Orange County property back in 2001.

As part of the divorce settlement, Kobe agreed to give up the property. TMZ broke the story, the couple had NO prenup ... which means Vanessa is entitled to half of EVERY DOLLAR Kobe made since they were married ten years ago.


Sources connected to the couple and with direct knowledge of the situation say ... the property settlement agreement is signed, sealed and delivered -- a done deal

It's unclear where Kobe is living at the moment.
Based on the property settlement, Vanessa scored a clean sweep, snagging ALL THREE of the former couple's mansions in the Newport Beach area.Vanessa ex-dad says"she was just like her gold-digging mom" smh......
