Hackers invade Tanzania ministry of industry and trade website ...

Hacker attacks on Tanzania government websites have become common. There has been much of hacking incidents on government websites of late.....about two weeks back,University of Dar es salaam was hacked by anonymous and restored after several hours later.

Today,The Ministry of Industry and Trade website has been invaded by hostile hackers. The hackers garbed the site with swear words such as f*ck the security and IT terminologies.(Linux,IP address etc)

The website, with the URL http://www.mit.go.tz  proffers up-to-date information on support tools and services the ministry offers to the business sector and to consumers.

Below message is what I get when I try to open the site,I think they shut it down...hope no damage was done to the website.
Its high time for the ministry takes all possible precautions, including use of advanced technologies.I keep my fingers crossed for computer experts catch those sophisticated people.smh!
