Paedophiles are using culture and religion to cover up. A wedding ceremony between a 62-year old chief and a 15-year-old girl in Kwa Zulu-Natal province of South Africa took place over the weekend.
The wedding was published in ILANGA,a South African newspaper today January 20, 2014.
