The 2014 Grammys: Nigerian Celebrities get busted
Celebrities are constantly doing things that seem to suggest the idea that they’re above the earth—or at least think they are.
So, nothing brings a bigger laugh than some of them getting busted for their fake life.
Weeks ago, Nigerian celebrities were present at the Staples Centre for the 56th Grammy Awards which held on January 26, 2014
When the photos emerged on their Social Media pages, Nigerians began to question if they truly attended the event and why none of their photos showed them on the red carpet when even Cameroonian singer Dencia made it on the red carpet. There was even a rumor that they were bounced because they couldn't afford to buy a $4000 table. So, nothing brings a bigger laugh than some of them getting busted for their fake life.

And though there's a grain of truth in every rumor, Julius Agwu and Dayo 'D1' Adeneye lent their voices saying:
You know commentators, they didn't let it pass....see their reactions after the cutJulius Agwu:I had a pass already into the Grammy, so also other celebrities. We arrived the venue in a limo, walked through the red carpet. However, we can’t deny the fact that we are not known as celebrities. We might be big in Nigeria, but nobody knew us there, Maybe that’s why we just entered the venue, just like every other person that attended.Dayo Adeneye:I don’t know why we (Nigerians) like spreading rumors. What do we intend to gain from spreading falsehood? I’m not happy about it, I must confess. This is because you can’t get to the red carpet without an invitation. In fact, you need to get invitation, and ticket are not being sold. You can’t even work freely on the street when you don’t have business at the Grammys. You can’t snap pictures inside the hall. Pictures are not allowed. It’s part of the rules in your invites, except at the red carpet.
