On her way to her surprise 43rd birthday party (hosted by her boyfriend Casper) aboard a yacht in New York Monday evening, pop diva J.Lo rocked the 2012 Tom Ford long sleeved zippered back dress for her big night. The lady in red paired her fiery dress with a pair of red Christian Louboutin Illusion ankle strap pumps. And a gold clutch, gold hoops and a gold cuff bracelet all complimented her look.

But earlier this month, Kim K and her beau Kanye West's arm piece for the 2012 BET Awards. And she She topped it off with a bouffant yet sleek 'do.
Both ladies kept the back of the dress unzipped for a sexy edge. So...

    They're both gorgeous women and look great in that TF dress, but with J-Lo's more slinder, taller, and sleeker body type, it compliments her better
