Miss China crowned Miss World 2012
In a glittering ceremony held at the Dongsheng Stadium Wenxia YU won the title of Miss World 2012. In a record breaking year 116 contestants represented their countries on the world stage in what was a celebration of Ordos and a gathering of friends from around the world.
Miss Wales Sophie Moulds came in second, while Miss Australia Jessica Kahawaty finished third.
Big Congrats to Miss South Sudan Atong Demach. Atong was chosen as the “African Continental Queen of Beauty“. She also came fourth overall in the competition and won the “Top Model” prize.
