After spending the weekend in Philly on Made in America Festival,The Carters celebrated Beyonce’s 31st birthday on by yachting around Mediterranean Sea in the South of France.

And to top off a day of cruising, the couple stopped for a birthday dinner at Michelangelo in Cap d'Antibes, France.

Wearing a cozy navy and white sweater, the Grammy winner looked relaxed as she kicked back and enjoyed a glass of wine with husband Jay-Z
