No doubt Beyonce looks quite different from when she started out and her transformation has been fabulous over the years.

Bey is a very beautiful woman but it seems she might have had some work done to enhance her features.I think she has had her nose narrowed and the tip refined.

Check out the before and after photos,it's seems fairly obvious that she had some work done...spot the difference?
