Beyoncé took a stand for marriage equality and posted this message on her instagram page last night in support of marriage equality #equality #prop8 #marriageislove.

This all comes following the Supreme Court debate on Prop 8, which prevents same sex couples to the right to marry legally in the state of California.

The "Single Ladies" singer ended her short, but sweet letter pledging to unite for marriage equality. The message caused a bit of controversy from people who commented that Beyoncé is going against her Christian beliefs with her new stance.
