Sagging was started in prison.Prisoners used to wear belts but inmates were choking other inmates with those belts so they took them away. At the time a belt was one of the main weapons to use in prison.

For real......every time I see someone dressed like this I feel compelled to smack them on forehead.#KeepYaPantsUp!
