The sources said the building collapsed at Indira Gandhi street in Dar es Salaam city center,just few minutes from Posta Mpya,was the effect of using building materials of inferior quality.

There is risk involved in any construction project. A contractor’s quality assurance is essential in preventing problems and the re occurrence of problems.

At least four people were reported dead and dozens more trapped in the debris. I'm praying for quick recovery for all the injured and divine comfort and peace to all who have lost their loved ones in this incident.

Some local TV stations like Channel Ten are showing live the rescuing process.
