College basketball player suffers horrible leg injury

The broken tibia suffered by Louisville guard Kevin Ware during Sunday's NCAA basketball tournament play was tough to watch even for those who are used to sports injuries.

On Sunday March 31st, college basketball player,Ware, 20, suffered one of the most gruesome injuries in the history of sports while playing on the court...and it was all caught on camera. Kevin broke his leg...literally...after jumping to block a three point shot.

See it after the cut...viewers discretion advised.

Kevin broke his leg in two places...see the bone sticking out! He has since had surgery...
