TRA’s ambition is to become an efficient, customer-focused and people-centred organization comparable with its counterparts in the emerging economies.

To achieve this, the Authority is basically guided by three strategic themes namely Convenience; Compliance and Continual Improvement.

TRA is seeking to recruit dynamic, strategic, experienced and qualified Tanzanians with strong credentials to fill the positions in the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) and Taxpayer Services and Education departments .

Applications are therefore invited from suitably qualified Tanzanians for the following positions;
Assistant Systems Administrator
Business Analyst- Web Developer
Business Analyst- Quality Assurance
Re Advertisement - Principle Public Relations Officer
