During pregnancy, comfort is a major priority. Most expectant mothers like to look good as well. Kim Kardashian was photographed with her baby daddy walking around Manhattan in a shot black see -through dress,her entirely butt was exposed.

I think the dress that was so not appropriate for any woman, especially a pregnant one.......check out after the cut...
