Millionaire Businessman Muhammad Nizam, who lives in Thirussur, let his nine-year-old son drive his Ferrari for a birthday treat - and now faces charges under the Motor Vehicles Act.

Nisham's wife filmed the boy driving the sports car on his 9th birthday two weeks ago with his 5-year-old brother in the passenger seat. The video was widely watched on YouTube and created an outrage across India, causing father's arrest.

The Ferrari F430 has the potential to go as fast as 192mph, and can accelerate from 0 to 62mph in just four seconds.
