Margreth K. Russa is the last born in a family of two. She has a degree in Accounting and is presently pursuing a course in pharmacy at Montgomery College. She has worked with Marriott Hotels as an accountant and H.R representative.

Her portfolio will be focusing in promoting higher education for girls mostly in rural, but also urban areas. She believes that when a woman is educated she is empowered, and it promotes more knowledge, skills and self-confidence.
