Celebrities may look phenomenal on the red carpet, but they also have hordes of makeup artists at the ready for even the tiniest of touchups. Earlier this week Kelly Rowland(32) spotted shopping in New York beauty supply store looking super casual with no makeup on.... just a white tee, hat, and a bit of lip gloss she was still hot...flawless!
