Check out the man who climbed on top of Brooklyn bridge in suicide bid

Several New York City police officers risked their lives to save the life of a man who wanted to commit suicide by jumping off the Brooklyn Bridge on Saturday.

Shortly before 3:00 p.m.,the man, who has not been named, climbed to the top of the bridge on the Manhattan-side threatening to jump.

Witnesses said about six police officers risked their lives to save the man, who was smiling and waving at onlookers.

It took officers about an hour to convince the man to walk down peacefully.

The incident caused traffic to back up for several miles on both the Brooklyn and Manhattan side of the bridge.

That;s crazy yo!
