The pregnant reality star poured her baby curves into the high-necked printed gown – which even covered her hands thanks to some sewn-in gloves.
But far from looking blooming the mum-to-be was an example of how not to do it. Styled to the fingertips ... dress came with glove-sleeves
Head to toe in flower fabric ...even her strappy sandals echoed the fabric of the gown, which exposed a flash of leg thanks to a thigh-high split.
The 32-year-old chose the custom-made Givenchy gown despite a “punk” theme at the ball in New York last night.
Her dress now has sleeves when it was sleeveless before because she had to have it altered after gaining more weight than expected and and her stylist has told her she should not show them off.
But Kim’s boyfriend Kanye West, who donned a dinner suit minus the bow tie last night, was reportedly annoyed she had the dress altered.
She looks amazing!
