Member of Parliament and one of the founders of the hip hop music scene in Tanzania,Joseph Mbilinyi, known for his stage names Mr. II and Sugu and 2-proud, was spotted with baby mama "Faiza Ally"and of course Sugu Jr at Kitonga having good time.Sweet!
