Shes no longer Hannah Montana star you used to know LOLz!! after twerking backlash on Saturday night, Sept 21, 20-year-old singer stepped out on stage for her second iHeartRadio Music Festival performance in Las Vegas wearing pasties over her nipples and panties underneath a white mesh cover-up that left little to the imagination.

Cyrus still poses naked on the cover of the October issue of Rolling Stone magazine above. Her transition from child-star to 'whatever she's trying to be now'...is still in motion....

Talk all you want, this is the new Miley Cyrus, so deal with it! *tongue out*
