Every person on site received a $50 Walmart gift card from Beyonce, the store manager told Us Weekly.
Beyoncé is really on a “surprise” wave right now. Although stores like Amazon and Target have refused to sell copies of her number 1 album, she is going all out to please those retailers who are supporting her. Yesterday, she made an unannounced visit to a Walmart store in Tewksbury, Massachusetts around 7 pm and surprised the shoppers.

After picking some stuff including copies of her own CD, Bey went on the mic desk and announced that every shopper in store would receive a $50 Walmart gift card from the singer. A total of 750 cards worth $37,500 were gifted to the lucky ones. “Happy Holidays from Beyonce” for real.

Beyonce pushed her own cart up and down the aisles of the retailer and even purchased her new album, which went on sale in Walmart stores Friday.
