'Yeezus' is certified platinum
Kanye West is batting 1000 on solo albums. The Recording Industry of America (RIAA) announced that Yeezus has been certified platinum.
The album, which debuted at No. 1 on Billboard 200 after being released in June 18, marks the rapper's seventh studio effort that has gone platinum.
All of his previous albums, including The College Dropout (2004), and collaborative album with Jay Z, Watch the Throne (2011) , have also passed one million mark.
Job well done Kanye!
