Inmate escapes jail to meet girlfriend on Val Day
Arizona inmate, Joseph Andrew Dekenipp escaped the prison by climbing two fences and crawling through a razor wire to meet his sweetheart on Valentine’s Day.
The loverboy told other inmates he was broken hearted for having been away from his girlfriend for so long.
Unfortunately his desperate attempt failed as he was caught a few hours after he escaped from the county detention center.
The 40-year-old was arrested without incident after he arrived at a Coolidge saloon and grill, 35 miles southeast of Phoenix, where he was set to meet with his girlfriend.
Dekenipp has been in jail since his arrest Jan. 10 on suspicion of vehicle theft, trafficking in stolen property, unlawful flight, and driving on a suspended license.
He is now back in custody and facing an escape charge.
Eish! he should have consulted Michael Scofield about the techniques and strategy guides for Prison Break without getting caught, LOL!
