Karrueche supports Chris Brown in court as he escapes to be sentenced to jail
The prosecutors demanded Brown be jailed cause he continues to pose an increasingly violent danger to society, but his lawyer made a case for continued medical treatment in rehab.
It was also revealed that additional witnesses have come forward in the D.C. case providing sufficient evidence to move forward with a trial, but the judge refused to jail the singer for probation violation, agreeing with his lawyer that the crooner is better off in rehab for anger.
Brown is set to remain in rehab until February 19, 2014.
