A feast for the eyes!

What is with boys wearing their pants down around their butts? I just can’t help it — what kind of a fashion statement is this?

I sometimes come across youngsters walking down the street with their butts hanging out....smh!

See the guy in the picture. Well, at least make sure you put on a good boxer. It looks pretty awful. I wish someone would have PULLED UP his pant.

I heard it's the 'prison theme'. It originated as a prison thing. Since prisoners are not issued belts, their pants tend to be baggy and falling off. So it would appear that today's youth think its cool to emulated prison culture. Not sure about it though, but the hip hop, rap thugs make it even more popular.
