A feast for the eyes!

Simon Cowell and girlfriend Lauren Silverman welcomed a son, their first child together, on Friday at Lenox Hill Hospital in New York City on Valentine's Day, February 14.

The couple's son came into the world at 17.45 p.m. ET, weighing 6lbs 7oz.

54-year-old music exec opened up about his first foray into fatherhood, admitting he's not brilliant with babies but he thinks he'll be a good dad in terms of advice.

He had named the boy after his deceased father, Eric.
