Thanks to chef Darren Wong, you can now indulge your cravings without worrying about piling on the pounds, he has come up with a cake that looks like a giant raindrop and contains no calories at all.

Made of mineral water and agar - a gelatin-like substance made from algae - it can be sliced, and reportedly has a mild taste like water.

For flavour, you can add roasted soybean flour and brown sugar syrup.
