Doctors' leader ''Dr Stephen Ulimboka'' abducted and beaten up!

Following the doctors’ nationwide strike incident which was supposed to start on Saturdays June 23, 2012,The chairman of the Medical Doctors Association, Dr Stephen Ulimboka has been admitted at Muhimbili Orthopaedic Institute (MOI) nursing injuries he sustained from being kidnapped at gunpoint and brutally beaten by unknown people due to his stance on fighting for the Doctors’ rights.

Available reports say that, he was abducted at midnight on Tuesday at Leaders Club where he went to meet his colleagues only to be located by the good Samaritan at Mabwepande suburb in the outskirts of Dar es Salaam on Wednesday morning.

His colleagues, in the company of some human right activists and lawyers took him from Bunju Police Station where he was brought up by a person who did not want to mention the name for security purpose
