Reginald Abraham Mengi,is a Tanzanian industrialist and media tycoon, the founder and Executive Chairman of IPP Group, one of East Africa's largest privately owned companies, based in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.

Poverty has become chronic. The war against poverty starts with a battle of ideas.For 1 year,starting from May,each month Mengi will be choosing the best tweet with outstanding idea and the winner will be awarded 1 million prize.

Much he wants a tweet to open the eyes of his mind,the one can contribute in one way or another to reduce extreme poverty in the country.
