Justin Bieber is not retiring — it was all a big jokes.The "baby"singer, who has just released latest album Journals and had previously hinted that he was considering quitting the music industry, told his 47 million followers: "My beloved beliebers I'm officially retiring."
His manager,Scooter Brown says "I'm Retiring Man" is the name of his upcoming sixth album which scheduled to be released in 2014
